PUBLIC NOTICE OF EXECUTIVE SESSION AND SUBSEQUENT BOARD MEETING

Location: O’Brien Memorial Library, Blue River, Oregon
Executive Session
The Blue River Water District Board will convene an executive session at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(b), to consider a community complaint concerning the District Superintendent.
The executive session will be limited to the matters permitted under the cited statute.
Executive sessions are closed to the general public. Representatives of the news media may attend as permitted by Oregon law and may be subject to applicable nondisclosure requirements.
No final action or decision will be made during the executive session.
Transition to Open Board Meeting
Following the executive session, the Board will reconvene in an open public meeting. The public meeting will be open to the public, and any official Board action will be conducted in open session in accordance with Oregon’s Public Meetings Law.
